The role involves field visits to customers for payment recovery and follow-up on overdue accounts. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely collections while adhering to bank policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned customers/clients for payment collection.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain proper documentation and collection records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Adhere strictly to RBI and bank compliance guidelines during collections.
- Report daily activities and collection status to the supervisor.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
- Prior experience in field collection/recovery is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of local area
