- Be a part of team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts from customers.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in the collections process and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to credit risk analysis, collections, and debt management.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Robust understanding of Credit Risk Analysis (CRA) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Legal Compliance procedures for debt collection processes.
