- Assign job to operators and maintain the Daily Assembly Report
- Responsible for Man power & Machine planning, Utilisation and Assembly line TAKT Efficiency
- Schedule Assembly sequence to meet OTS Targets
- Co-ordinate for On the job training for Recent and Existing operators
- Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor
- Analysis and Improvement in PDI Reworks
- Responsible for ensuring proper handling material in the shop floor
- Maintain Inventory accuracy in Assembly shop
- Hands on experience in implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Abnormality management
- Knowledge of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products)
Requirements
- Experience 4-6 years
- Industry Preferred EV / Automotive / Auto Ancillary
Qualifications
- B.E/B. Tech Mechanical/Automobile
General Requirements
- SAP PP / MM Module knowledge
- MS Office
