Experience

- 1215 years in Robotics Operations & Maintenance, preferably in automotive press shop/manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with ABB, FANUC, or equivalent industrial robots.

Education

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEEE/DECE) or equivalent only. No Engineering Graduates pl

Key Technical Skills

- Industrial Robots: ABB IRC5 and Omni Core controllers, robot backup/restore, calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance.
- PLC Systems: Siemens S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500, Failsafe PLCs, TIA Portal programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- HMI/SCADA: Siemens WinCC, TIA Portal HMI configuration and maintenance.
- Servo Systems: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron servo motors and servo drive troubleshooting.
- CNC Systems: Siemens 802D, 802DSL, 828D controllers, drives, and servo maintenance.
- Electrical Maintenance: Power panels, control panels, motors, field wiring, electrical fault diagnosis.
- Industry 4.0: Implementation and integration of smart manufacturing solutions.
- Press Shop Equipment: Mechanical heavy-duty presses, robotic press lines,



coil handling and de-coiler systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of ABB robotic systems and press shop automation.
- Troubleshoot robot controllers, PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, CNC controllers, and electrical systems.
- Carry out robot backup, restoration, calibration, and fault diagnosis.
- Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and electrical modifications.
- Manage critical electrical spare parts inventory.
- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, MTTR, MTBF, and KPI reports.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for IATF 16949 audits.
- Ensure high equipment availability and reliability through effective maintenance planning.
