Education: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong Core Java
- Experience writing Unit Tests
- Web/Application Development experience
- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Database knowledge (NoSQL, DynamoDB)
- Native AWS experience

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop web services and backend components
- Deliver high-quality code within timelines
- Participate in daily Scrum/Stand-up meetings
- Coding, requirement analysis, and status updates

Assessment & Interview Process:

- Glider Test: Java or Python
- Minimum Score Required: 85%
- 2 Technical Interviews (In-person interviews preferred)
