Handle Air Export quotation requests from customers, sales teams, overseas agents, and network partners
Analyze shipment requirements
Obtain and negotiate rates with airlines, agents, and service providers
Prepare competitive and profitable quotations through ERP systems
Ensure accurate cost calculations
Follow up on quotations and update status (Won/Lost/Pending)
Coordinate with Operations and Documentation teams upon booking confirmation.
Key skills:
Experience in Air Freight Forwarding Pricing (Air Export preferred)
Strong knowledge of airline tariffs and freight market trends
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics workplace
