Job Summary

We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client acquisition, cold calling, lead generation, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn and Networking.
- Identify and acquire new IT & Engineering clients for Permanent and Contract Staffing.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Hiring Executives, and Decision Makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing contracts.
- Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team for successful execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and weekly activity reports.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth.

Mandatory Expectations (KPIs)

Meet with at least 45 prospective clients in person each week to drive new business opportunities





Onboard a minimum of 4 new IT / Engineering clients every month

Generate opportunities for:

- Permanent Hiring
- Contract Staffing
- Staff Augmentation
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Consistently maintain an active sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of Business Development experience in Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT Staffing and Engineering Recruitment.
- Excellent Cold Calling and Lead Generation skills.
- Experience in acquiring new enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a Remote environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
