Role Purpose The Area Business Associate will be responsible for promoting Bayer Radiology products to designated healthcare professionals and customers within the assigned territory. The role involves executing promotional activities, building customer relationships, enhancing product awareness, and supporting business growth in alignment with Bayers strategy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Bayer Radiology products to target customers in the assigned territory as per the approved promotional strategy.
- Execute customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns periodically as directed by Bayer.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders including Radiologists, Cardiologists, Diabetologists, Injectors, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Support and coordinate educational and scientific activities such as: Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programs Customer & Doctor Engagement (C&D;) Activities Injector Engagement Programs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry guidelines, company policies, and Bayers Code of Conduct.
- Align daily activities with Bayers sales and marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
