About Pathorient:
Pathorient is a study abroad consultancy helping students with admissions, IELTS guidance, university selection, application support, and visa assistance.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Associate Counsellor / Telecaller to handle student inquiries, follow up with leads, counsel students about study abroad options, and support the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with student leads generated through online and offline sources.
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission process.
- Explain services such as IELTS, admission guidance, documentation, and visa support.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested students and convert leads into walk-ins and enrollments.
- Record student interactions properly in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.




- Coordinate with the counselling and operations team for smooth application processing.
- Handle telecalling, appointment fixing, and basic student query resolution.
- Support marketing and outreach activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, education, or admission support preferred.
- Freshers with strong speaking ability and interest in counselling may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM/tools like Google Sheets.
- Candidates with interest in education consultancy and international admissions will be preferred.
