Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations Contract Management

- Review and interpret commercial contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
- Create and validate billing templates aligned with contract terms
- Verify reconciled data and accurately populate billing templates
- Share finalized billing outputs with banking and telecom partners
- Obtain approvals on final billing numbers and facilitate payment processing

Revenue Assurance Compliance

- Implement and manage revenue assurance controls to identify revenue leakage
- Monitor vendor and customer contract compliance and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to agreed commercial and operational terms
- Maintain accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting

Accounts Payable Receivable

- Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
- Perform account reconciliations and manage outstanding balances
- Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and reporting

Taxation Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations including VAT, Excise, and Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Support adherence to relevant financial and statutory requirements

System Management Process Improvement

- Oversee billing system maintenance and enhancements
- Ensure systems are optimized and aligned with business needs
- Drive process improvement initiatives in billing and revenue management

Financial Reporting Analysis

- Prepare and analyse revenue reports for management decision-making
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data




- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting

Audit Management

- Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation
- Ensure availability of transaction data, billing templates, and summaries from systems
- Track and follow up on audit findings and recommendations

Required Skills Experience

- Strong experience in Finance functions including billing, revenue assurance, reconciliations, and supplier management
- Expertise in contract review and billing processes
- Knowledge of taxation (VAT, Excise, WHT) and financial compliance
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in financial reporting and audit handling
- Familiarity with lending platforms (preferred)
- Ability to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
