- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material usage and verify the quality of materials delivered to the site.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
