Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

. • Lead and mentor the nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous career development and excellence in patient care

. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures

. • Ensure effective resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement of necessary medical supplies and equipment

. • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction

. • Provide emergency support and guidance to nursing teams, ensuring preparedness and swift response in critical situations

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical nursing practice standards

. • Liaise with hospital administration to align nursing goals with the overall strategic objectives of the hospital.

• Facilitate ongoing education and training programs for nursing staff to keep abreast of the latest healthcare advancements and practices.

• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and patient advocacy.
