Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative towel designs and product concepts based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Develop colour palettes, patterns, textures, jacquard, dobby, embroidery, and border designs for terry towels.
- Prepare digital product visualisations, mock-ups, and design presentations.
- Research global home textile trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
- Maintain a digital design library, including artwork, product photographs, and design archives.
- Coordinate product photo shoots and maintain product catalogues.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams during new product development.
- Design exhibition stalls, trade fair booths, brochures, catalogues, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
- Prepare branding documents, artwork, and product registration materials.
- Create and maintain towel displays during customer visits and buyer presentations.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising in the showroom.
- Support sample development and ensure design accuracy before production.
- Stay updated with industry trends, colour forecasting, and new textile innovations.

Required Skills

- Strong creativity with an excellent sense of colour, design, and aesthetics.




- Knowledge of terry towel construction, weaving, textures, and finishing.
- Strong digital visualisation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
- Understanding of textile design, branding, and visual merchandising.
- Positive communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 24 years of experience in Home Textiles, Terry Towel Manufacturing, Textile Design, or Product Development.
- Experience in an export-oriented home textile manufacturing environment is preferred.
