Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day assembly maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of assembly machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Support machine setup, new product trials, and process improvements.
- Implement Kaizen, Kanban, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor machine efficiency, utilization, and overall equipment performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and company SOPs.
- Lead and guide technicians/operators to achieve production and maintenance targets.




- Drive productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
