Job Summary:
- Analyze sales performance, GP forecasts, and category trends across all TWL brands.
- Build and monitor sales plans and targets including loyalty and other trade drivers for the business.
- Provide insights for merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Create & Modify SQL queries and dashboards for reporting.
- Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
- Track and report performance across key digital value drivers
- Model and quantify impact of campaigns, optimisation initiatives, and feature releases
- Provide commercial insight to support trading decisions and prioritisation
- Partner with Finance, Merchandise, and Fulfilment teams to align plans and assumptions
- Maintain cadence of daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Feed into Monthly online P&L; reporting
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess best-case, worst-case, and risk outcomes
- Explicit documentation and challenge of assumptions embedded in forecasts and performance plans
- Cross-driver trade-off analysis across pricing, loyalty, media, fulfilment, and experience levers
- Ownership of performance narratives for executive and senior stakeholder forums
- Analytical input into business cases and investment proposals to support investment decisions
- Monitoring of fulfilment performance and available-to-sell metrics, with action recommendations where required
- Review of promotional plans to identify clashes or risks that could impact profitability
