- Conduct land and site surveys before construction begins.
- Establish horizontal and vertical control points (benchmarks).
- Set out building layouts, foundation lines, columns, walls, roads, and utilities according to approved drawings.
- Verify site dimensions and levels before and during construction.
- Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Check alignment, elevations, and coordinates to ensure construction accuracy.
- Monitor settlement, deformation, and structural movement when required.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve survey-related issues.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Calculate quantities, areas, volumes,



and earthwork measurements.
- Perform topographic, boundary, and contour surveys as needed.
- Assist in preparing progress measurements for billing and project documentation.
- Identify discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings and report them promptly.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Follow site safety regulations and company quality standards during all survey activities.
