Responsibilities

- Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.

- Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integrationphases.

- Solve technical challenges and client issues with hands-on investigation and client calls.

- Identify and address technical challenges encountered during product implementation.

- Collaborate with product implementation, data science and engineering teams to build tailoredsolutions.

- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding andsystem maintenance.

- Pick up and understand unfamiliar financial processes at breakneck speed.





- Flexible with working time to accommodate clients and team members across time zones.

Skills Competencies

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of relevant, post-college work experience.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaTypeScript/JavaScript, or similar and NoSQL data analysis.

Positive knowledge of AWS.

- Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients.

High obsession for Quality and Performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently andas part of ateam.

- Experience of working with banks and credit unions is a positive.
