- Monitoring the critical process parameters during the shift.
- Involve in actual operation of Mill as and when required.
- Experience in Production activities related to 4 HI, 20 HI, 6HI Mill.
- Maintaining good house keeping during the shift.
- Ensuring positive productivity & yield of processed coils.
- Interaction with Maintenance dept regarding breakdown & shut down during the shift.
- Interaction with QAD Roll shop and PPC regarding quality & planning
- Details entry in the logbook, log sheet & Lan regarding all shift activities.
- Enduring that the records are duly maintained.
- Informing section head in case of any abnormality observed during shift.
- Calibrating thickness measuring gauge & maintaining other process control parameters.
- Working as per the procedure and following the instruction given by seniors.
- Desired Candidate :-
- Candidate should have BE in Mechanical Engineering with through out First Division in Qualification.
- Candidate should have knowledge to work on 4 HI, 20 HI, 6HI Mill.
- Candidate should have experience to work in large steel plant.

- Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP
