Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, leading departmental teams, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and overall profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and employees to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and hotel operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities and enhance the hotel's market presence.
- Review operational reports, guest feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain solid relationships with vendors, local authorities, corporate clients, and business partners.




- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 3–5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple departments effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing luxury, resort, or business hotels.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in revenue management and business development.
