Key Responsibilities - Customer Support Executive

Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls

Address customer queries over voice calls in a professional and courteous manner

Customer Issue Resolution:

Assist customers with product/service information, and support

*Eligibility Criteria*

- *Education:* UG / Graduate Any stream

- *Experience:* Fresher & Experienced can apply

- *Language:* Good English communication US accent neutral

- *Skills:* Computer basics, typing, customer handling, problem-solving





- *Shift:* Night/ US shift as per process requirement

*Compensation & Perks*

- *Salary:* Freshers upto 20 to 25k

exp upto 6.5lpa

- *Working Days:* 5 Days Working and 6 days as well based on company

- *Week Off:* 2 Days Rotational Off or 1 based on company
