Were partnering with a rapid-growing, venture-backed Fintech Start-up to hire a Growth Marketing Manager (3 6 years) to own the entire growth journey- from acquisition and activation to retention, engagement, and experimentation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving growth problems, working directly with founders, and turning data into scalable growth opportunities.

Youll be a great fit if you have experience with:

Meta Ads Google App Campaigns

GA4, AppsFlyer, MoEngage, Mixpanel (or similar tools)

Lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization experimentation





Performance marketing backed by strong analytical thinking

3-6 years in growth, app, or performance marketing, Hands-on with Meta Ads Google App Campaigns, Experience with MoEngage, AppsFlyer, GA4, or Mixpanel The role owns Meta and Google app campaigns end-to-end, scaling installs and qualified signups while protecting CAC. They will build lifecycle journeys in MoEngage to improve onboarding, activation, and retention, and drive organic growth through content, ASO, and social channels. Theyll also run experiments and build dashboards to track funnel performance, partnering closely with product to fix drop-offs and ensure clean event tracking.
