The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations and possess strong functional knowledge across Workforce Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure UKG Pro WFM modules based on customer requirements.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and UAT support.
- Prepare functional design documents and project documentation.
- Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 4–15 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and related WFM modules.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within project teams.
Qualifications
- Any Degree.
- UKG Certifications are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation projects.
- Develop and support UKG Pro WFM integrations, interfaces, and technical solutions.
- Analyze technical requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Work closely with functional consultants and customer stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Required Skills
- 4–15 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM technical components and integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, data integrations, and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative project environment.
