- Operate CMM machines (manual and/or CNC) for part inspection and measurement.
- Perform layout inspections and testing of components as per drawings and specifications.
- Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;) from engineering drawings.
- Conduct MSA studies including Gage R&R; and correlation studies.
- Utilize quality instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometre, height gauges, and surface testers.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
- Document inspection results and report any non-conformances.
- Support quality audits and corrective/preventive action activities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection role.
- Hands-on experience with CMM operations (Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Hexagon, etc.).
- Robust understanding of GD&T;, MSA, and quality control processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
