Role & responsibilities

- Finance & Accounts
- Prepare and analyse financial statements; support monthly/quarterly/annual closings
- Monitor budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow/working capital planning
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations
- Secretarial & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and ROC filings
- Prepare board notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Support corporate governance practices; liaise with ROC, auditors, and legal advisors
- Taxation & Regulatory
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Support tax return preparation, assessments, and timely filings
- MIS & Business Finance
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Build financial models, investment proposals,



and project finance documentation
- Support lender documentation and coordination with procurement/operations teams
- Strategy & Business Support
- Contribute financial insights to business planning and growth strategy
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting
- Partner with leadership on decision-making as the company scales
