We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Introduce and explain residential and commercial property projects.
Generate qualified leads and maintain daily calling targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Valuable interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, Google Sheets).
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred).
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or real estate will be an added advantage.
