What would you do We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to drive digital transformation, process automation, and analytics initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on designing and developing scalable business applications, automated workflows, enterprise dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot capabilities.

This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FPA) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings.
The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with business process understanding, enabling the organization to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and accelerate automation adoption

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and transformation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional designs.
Support process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business teams.
Prepare solution architecture, documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

Governance Support

Maintain Power Platform governance standards and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance policies.
Support deployment, testing, release management, and production support.
Mentor junior developers and support citizen developer initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities: Power BI Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create scalable data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
Build executive-level KPI dashboards and operational analytics solutions.
Integrate data from SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, SAP, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based systems.
Optimize report performance, security, and data refresh mechanisms.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and enterprise reporting governance.

Power Apps Development

Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
Build user-centric solutions for business workflows and process digitization.
Integrate applications with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SQL, and external APIs.
Implement validation rules, approval workflows, and role-based access controls.
Ensure scalability, usability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Power Automate Automation

Develop end-to-end workflow automation solutions.
Automate business processes involving approvals, notifications, validations, and data movement.
Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and enterprise applications.
Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow issues.
Drive continuous improvement through automation opportunities.
