About Us
Rentech Solution rents out laptops and other electronic devices to businesses. We already work with multiple clients across India. Its one of the fastest growing industy with a CAGR of 30%. We deal with all kinds of digital and IT related equipment, Laptops, desktops, servers, Monitors, Gaming devices and other enterprise solutions.
We are now looking for an experienced B2B salesperson to bring in new clients and grow our rental business.
What You Will Do:
- Find companies, startups, and institutions that need to rent laptops and other devices.
- Reach out to them, understand their needs, and pitch the right rental plan (short-term or long-term).
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage your existing clients, renew their contracts,
and grow each account.
- Work with the operations team to make sure devices are delivered and supported on time.
- Keep your pipeline and client records up to date in the CRM.
Who We Are Looking For
- 4-8 years of B2B sales/Rentals experience (IT hardware, electronics, rental/leasing, or SaaS preferred).
- Experience selling to corporate and institutional clients.
- Confident in cold outreach, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Good communication skills in English (kannada+Hindi is a plus).
- A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus but not required.
