Job Purpose

Lead organization development initiatives including organization design, performance management, competency framework, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, change management and culture transformation to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources/Organization Development/Psychology. OD or Change Management certification preferred.

Experience

812 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in Organization Development in a large healthcare or multi-business organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop enterprise OD strategy.
2. Review organization structures and role clarity.
3. Drive competency mapping and job architecture.
4. Lead annual performance management cycle.
5. Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning.
6. Design leadership development frameworks.
7. Drive change management initiatives.
8. Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning.
9. Lead employee engagement and culture interventions.
10. Develop career progression frameworks.
11. Monitor HR analytics and organizational health metrics.
12. Benchmark OD best practices.
13. Manage external consultants and assessment partners.
14. Present OD insights to executive leadership.
15. Ensure governance and policy compliance.
