FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Salary Up to 22k CTC (with 6 MONTH OF EXPERIENCE )
FOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Salary Up to 22k CTC for Freshers with incentives
Salary Up to 27k CTC for Experience with incentives
Details-
- 6- day working week with 1 rotational week-offs.
- 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Freshers must have positive communication skills and graduated
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
