About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in backend development using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, along with hands-on experience in Angular. This role requires a technically strong leader who can contribute to coding while mentoring the development team and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers while actively contributing to development.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular.
- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.




- Follow coding standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

- 812 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
- Minimum 4+ years of Team Lead experience.
- Strong hands-on coding experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Expertise in SQL Server.
- Experience with Docker and Git.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS Cloud.
