About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally driven Entrepreneur in house

( Founders office) to work closely with the Founder and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, business execution, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys solving complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Founder and senior leadership to drive key strategic and operational initiatives.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects from ideation through execution.
- Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Business, Operations, and Technology teams to improve execution and customer experience.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for new initiatives.
- Build business cases, presentations, dashboards, and executive reports for leadership decision-making.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes.
- Support product strategy with a robust understanding of wealth management and investment products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Preferred : Graduate from a premier institute such as IIT, IIM, XLRI, TISS, IIFT, BITS, or NIT.
- CFA designation (completed or pursuing) is highly preferred.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, or Wealth/Fintech.

- Strong understanding of wealth management products, investments, mutual funds,



equities, fixed income, or financial markets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to work independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or analytics tools are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth startup setting.

- Prior experience in a FinTech environment, with exposure to technology-driven products, product development, product strategy, or product management.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-growth startup, with an ownership mindset and a strong bias for execution.
- An extreme hustler who is proactive, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and consistently delivers results under tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
