- Design, build, and maintain Pega platform deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and manage Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Administer and maintain AWS & on prem infrastructure including RDS and compute services.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Establish centralized logging solutions using OpenSearch and Loki.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Manage firewall configurations, database maintenance, and system security.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards including DORA.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and system optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Good experience in Data engineering and ETL concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, EC2, IAM).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
