Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Manage shift handover documentation and communication to ensure consistent production performance across shifts and minimize information loss.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

- Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in Production Supervising or equivalent role in Machine Shop industry.

- Dip/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

- Solid understanding of Production Management principles, including planning, controlling, and optimizing processes.
