With a solid focus on Dholera Smart City, we develop and offer our own residential projects featuring clear documentation, registry-ready plots, and a transparent buying process. Our goal is to make property investment in Dholera simple, secure, and trustworthy, while guiding every customer with honesty, clarity, and personalised support at every step.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound investor/customer calls.
- Explain real estate investment opportunities clearly.
- Follow up with leads regularly and professionally.




- Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking properly.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Good calling and follow-up discipline.
- Strong negotiation and client handling ability.
- Confidence in speaking with investors and serious buyers.
- Target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Dholera Smart City.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
