Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor actual project and supplier costs against budgets/customer pricing and recommend corrective actions.
* Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, forecasts, and cost master data for easy reference.
* Track product-wise costing, packing material, transportation, and other hidden costs to identify deviations.
* Perform profitability analysis and provide reports on margin deviations.
* Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
* Review supplier cost revisions, analyze commodity price trends (LME, Nalco, B2B, etc.), and support pricing decisions.
* Track customer-wise and product package-wise historical margins and prepare trend reports.
* Monitor commodity market prices and exchange rate fluctuations to support timely business decisions.
* Guide project teams on cost management best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Handle additional costing and commercial assignments as assigned by management.
