Manager (Paint shop) is responsible for managing the paint operations within our manufacturing facility. This role requires robust leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage daily operations of the paint shop to ensure efficiency & adherence to safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost standards.
2. Manage and supervise the paint shop team, including performance management and training.
3. Responsible for skill development of Painters
4. Responsible for the Process & Outgoing Quality to meet the specification
5. Responsible for Issue resolution through the problem-solving capability (RCCA)

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
7. Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all paint shop equipment.
8. Monitor and control inventory of paint and related supplies.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
11. Prepare and manage budgets, and report on performance metrics.
