What youll do

Own our hiring pipeline end-to-end inside Workable. Post roles, source and screen candidates, and move the right people through the funnel primarily for graphic designer and video editor positions. This is a focused role. Youre here to hire, nothing else.

What we need from you

Hands-on Workable experience non-negotiable. A proven ability to evaluate creative talent: you know how to review a design portfolio or a video editors reel and make a call quickly. Youre organized, reliable, and dont need to be chased.





What you get
