RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan to achieve global business by meeting production targets as per market requirements.
- Strategize, develop and oversee the production system and drive towards continuous improvement in line with regulatory expectations.
- Provide guidance in designing production and compliance systems to ensure compliance with cGMP in manufacturing, packaging & distribution of drug products.
- Arrange adequate training for the staff involved in GMP and other related activities.
- Continuous improvements so that the quality and environmental management systems are effective.
- Implementing practices in process and systems with continuous and dynamic improvements in the quality of the products and services.
- Compliance of all statutory regulations include planning for energy saving and conservation of natural resources.
- Ensure timely investigation for OOS results/Deviations/OOT results/products recall/Market complaints/stability failures etc.



and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken as per the prescribed procedures.
- Ensure the compliance to preventive maintenance and calibration schedule of the production instruments and equipment.
- Establish and maintain effective checks and administrative controls for smooth production operations, while monitoring and managing revenue and capital expenditures related to operations.
- Authorize all the relevant documents and ensure timely completion of all the scheduled activities.
