- A full understanding of agile methodology and practical experience using Scrum framework
- Ensure Scrum events are purposeful, time-boxed, outcome-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners and development teams in maintaining a healthy, prioritized, and well-understood backlog.
- Help teams improve sprint predictability, transparency, accountability, and delivery flow.
- Respect for the importance of individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Honesty, transparency, and the ability to inspect and adapt
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve Scrum Master effectiveness, team productivity, and delivery transparency.
- Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha dashboards, and AI-supported reporting to improve visibility.
- A good attitude and soft skills (emotional intelligence) to work with teams
- Confidence/adaptable to try ideas and improvements and fail rapid
- Absolutely a good communicator
- Team focused - relational (Scrum Team - PO, SM, Dev/QA)
- Overall 8-10 + years of experience in software development industry.
- More than 5 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
