Software Engineer II

POSITION PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to support IT Quality activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while enabling efficient collaboration within global, cross functional teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support IT Quality activities throughout the product lifecycle in Agile SDLC environments.
- Apply quality standards and GxP rules in documentation.
- Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of accurate, complete, and compliant documentation.
- Use and support lifecycle and quality tools such as Windchill, Valgenesis, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross functional and global project teams using digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Promote a strong quality and compliance mindset across assigned activities.
- Share knowledge and actively support colleagues and team initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or IT.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an IT Quality or product lifecycle related area.




- Familiarity with ISO standards and general quality frameworks.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with product lifecycle tools used in Agile SDLC.
- Basic knowledge of HP ALM, IBM Rational Quality Manager, IBM DOORS, or equivalent tools.
- Experience using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Detail oriented with robust focus on accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Motivated, proactive, and passionate about quality, compliance, technology, and teamwork.
- Nice to have: Automation skills.
