Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for someone who understands Meta Ads inside out and has managed meaningful budgets at scale.
This person should know how to diagnose and improve an account across:
• Campaign and account structure
• Audience strategy and targeting
• Creative testing and refresh cycles
• Scaling winning campaigns
• Improving CTR, CVR and ROAS
• Retargeting and funnel segmentation
• Attribution, tracking and reporting
• Identifying why an account is not convertingand fixing it
You should not just know how to launch campaigns.
You should know how to make an ad account perform at its maximum potential.
Experience working with a rapid-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG or consumer brand will be strongly preferred.
