"Role Overview

The TOSCA SaaS Expert is responsible for driving end-to-end functional automation using Tricentis TOSCA in a SaaS environment. This role ensures robust test automation frameworks, governance, integrations, and best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain TOSCA automation frameworks in a SaaS environment.

Configure and optimize TOSCA components such as TestCase Design, API Scan, and TOSCA Commander.

Implement automation strategies aligned with enterprise quality standards.

Manage TOSCA workspace administration, user roles, permissions, and version updates.

Build reusable automation modules, libraries, and test assets.

Integrate TOSCA with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

Collaborate with functional testers, developers, and business analysts to identify automation opportunities.

Troubleshoot TOSCA execution failures, performance issues, and setting challenges.

Govern automation best practices, coverage metrics, and reporting.





Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to automation teams.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA (v14 or higher).

Experience working in TOSCA SaaS environments (cloud-based workspace management).

Strong understanding of test design principles, risk-based testing, and model-based automation.

Knowledge of integrations with qTest, and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Tricentis TOSCA Automation Specialist Test Architect certifications.

Experience in Agile/DevOps teams.

Knowledge of testing enterprise applications (SAP, SuccessFactors)."
