JobResponsibilities :

CSR&SustainabilityInitiatives;

- DevelopandalignCSRstrategieswithcompanyvalues.
- Identifysocial/environmentalneedsthroughstakeholderinput.
- PlanandexecuteCSRprograms(education,sustainability,etc.).
- Collaboratewithinternalteamsandexternalpartners.
- BuildpartnershipswithNGOs,government,andcommunities.
- Prepareproposals,budgets,andtimelinesforCSRprojects.
- Monitorprojectprogressandreportoutcomestomanagement.
- ManageCSRbudgets efficiently.
- Organizeemployeeengagementandvolunteeringactivities.
- EnsureCSRcompliancewithlegalandregulatorynorms.




- StayupdatedonCSRtrendsandbestpractices.
- RepresentthecompanyatCSReventsandforums.

Accounting&FinanceSupport;

- RecorddailytransactionsinTallyERP.
- Handlejournalentries,purchases,sales,andexpenses.
- Managepettycashandperform bankreconciliations.
- Prepareandverifysales/purchaseinvoices.
- Followuponpaymentsandbilling.
- AssistinGSTandTDSfilingandcompliance.
- Maintainaccuratefinancialrecordsanddocuments.
- Generatebasicfinancialreports(P&L;,BalanceSheet).
- Supportauditpreparationsandcoordinatewithauditors.
- Communicatewithvendors/clientsprofessionallyinEnglish.
- Assistsenioraccountantsandsupportadminfunctions.

SkillsRequired:

- Fresherswithexposuretosocialwork,NGOs,orCSRactivities.
- StrongunderstandingofCSRconcepts,principles,andbestpractices.
- Familiaritywithsocialissues,communitydevelopment,andenvironmentalsustainability.
