Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cashless hospitalization processes for patients covered under various health insurance schemes.
- Coordinate with hospitals, TPAs, and insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
- Handle patient grievances related to medical services and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for mediclaim policies.
- Provide support in resolving billing disputes between hospitals and insurers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in claims adjudication, claims processing, or a similar field.
- BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from a recognized institution.
- BAMS/BNYS - Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS).
