Key Requirements:
- Experience in Sheet Metal / Auto Ancillary / Metal Fabrication industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of Welding, Brazing, Soldering, Cutting & Bending processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and perform production-related calculations.
- Experience in Jigs & Fixture, production planning, rejection & loss control.
- Strong knowledge of manpower management, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Positive communication and shop-floor management skills.
