HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Clubhouse Team

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Business Partner to closely work with our Clubhouse teams across store operations and supply chain functions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between central HR and on-ground teams, helping shape people practices that improve retention, engagement, performance, and overall employee experience.

This is a highly operational role designed for individuals who enjoy being on the ground, understanding frontline realities, and building practical HR solutions that create real business impact.

What Youll Do

- Partner closely with store and supply chain teams to understand workforce challenges, operational dynamics, and attrition drivers

- Travel regularly to stores and warehouses to stay connected with employees, managers, and on-ground operations

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all people-related matters within the Clubhouse organization

- Re-design and improve employee benefits tailored for frontline and store employees

- Identify gaps in existing people practices and drive initiatives focused on retention and engagement

- Drive the performance management process across store and supply chain teams

- Partner with managers to set expectations, track performance, and improve feedback quality

- Ensure fairness, consistency, and calibration in performance evaluations

- Design and manage rewards and recognition programs suited for frontline teams

- Create easy and high-impact mechanisms to celebrate employee performance, ownership, and effort

- Oversee attendance management,



leave processes, and shift-related policy execution

- Ensure HR policies are practical, employee-friendly, and aligned with operational realities

- Drive engagement initiatives tailored specifically for store and warehouse environments

- Improve the overall employee lifecycle experience across onboarding, engagement, and development

What Were Looking for

- 5+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles, preferably within retail, supply chain, logistics, QSR, or operations-heavy environments

- Strong comfort working closely with frontline employees and operational teams u2014 this is not a desk-only role

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to balance employee needs and business goals

- Experience managing performance management systems, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives end-to-end

- Ability to build trust and credibility with frontline employees, managers, and business stakeholders

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Practical, empathetic, and execution-focused approach toward people and operational challenges

- Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
