About the Role

De Facto Infotech is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with strong Web Development expertise to lead and deliver complex web application projects for global clients, primarily based in the United States. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination to ensure successful project execution from planning through deployment and support.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing web-based projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving delivery excellence while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into scalable digital solutions while ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities: -
Lead and manage multiple web development projects simultaneously.
Gather business requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Manage Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.




Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular status updates.
Oversee application deployment, release management, and post-production support.
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience: -
8+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on Web Development projects.
Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, .NET, Node.js, APIs, and databases.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, web application architecture, and cloud-based deployments.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with US clients and distributed development teams.

- Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Master's Degree (MBA/M.Tech) would be an added advantage.

PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Protected, or Agile Certifications preferred.

Experience managing digital transformation, SaaS, enterprise web platforms, or cloud-native applications will be highly desirable.
