- Design and implement OAG solutions.
- Develop custom connectors and adapters.
- Integrate OAG with applications such as AD, SAP, Oracle EBS, ServiceNow, Workday, and cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years in Identity and Access Management.
- 48 years of hands-on Oracle Identity/Access Governance (OIG/OAG).
Required Skills:
- Robust experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OAG) 11g/12c.
- Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
- User lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts.
- Role-based access control (RBAC).
- Access request and approval workflows.
- Certification and access reviews.
- Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Password management and self-service.
- Reconciliation (Trusted and Target).
- Scheduled jobs and task management.
- Application onboarding.
