Job Summary:

The Pricing Analyst will be a key member of the Pricing and Analytics team at LKQ India, supporting datadriven pricing decisions through highquality analytics, automation, and reporting. The role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and welldocumented analytical outputs while adhering to defined processes, quality standards, and timelines.

The position requires solid ownership of assigned deliverables, effective collaboration with internal teams and global partners, and proactive communication to ensure reliable execution. The analyst is expected to continuously improve analytical workflows, stabilize Pythonbased automations, strengthen data quality, and develop a solid understanding of pricing business context, KPIs, and endtoend data flows.

Essential Job Duties:

The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic data environment with constantly evolving business requirements and would benefit from solid self-organization and mixed financial / business / data analytical background. Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI & ability to validate data is must. Previous experiences with VBA & Python automation, building dashboards, ad-hoc reports are welcomed

Functionally, the analyst should have a good understanding of pricing topics to support strategic pricing decisions, margin analysis, and pricing model development.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Pricing Analyst include:

- Deliver pricing analytics, reports, and automation projects within agreed timelines while adhering to defined quality, QC, and process standards.
- Support pricing initiatives by analyzing price performance, margins, volumes, KPIs, and competitive positioning.
- Work with pricing datasets to enable margin analysis, price optimization, price corridors, and performance tracking across markets.
- Design, maintain,



and stabilize Pythonbased pricing automations and analytical workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Identify root causes of recurring pricing data or automation issues and implement sustainable, longterm solutions.
- Maintain clean, readable, and reusable Python code and structured analytical outputs with proper documentation of assumptions, calculations, and dependencies.
- Take endtoend ownership of assigned pricing deliverables, including validation, issue resolution, business clarification, and closure.
- Communicate pricing insights, progress updates, risks, and delays proactively with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Respond to partner queries on pricing logic, metrics, and outputs in a timely and clear manner to build credibility and trust.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Pricing, Business, IT, Analytics) to support pricing models, tools, and dashboards.
- Document learnings, fixes, and pricing logic changes to avoid repeat issues and improve team knowledge sharing.
- Continuously build understanding of pricing strategy, business drivers, KPIs, and endtoend pricing data flows and apply learnings to live projects.

The position will work with a variety of functional roles, primarily located in LKQ Europe and LKQ India. The individual must possess strong communication and analytical skills so that he/she can interact effectively with different Competency Centers to evaluate business requirements and advise on appropriate, informative reporting practices and dashboards.



Ability to comprehend and translate complex data and technical topics into understandable business language.

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

- 3-5+ years of experience in pricing analytics, commercial analytics, or data analytics roles in a complex or multimarket business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate pricing complexities in ambiguous environments and collaborate across teams and functions to drive data-informed pricing strategies.
- Strong experience using Python for pricing automation, data analysis, debugging, testing, and workflow stabilization.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL for extracting, transforming, and validating pricing datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience working with BI and reporting tools such as Incorta, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent for pricing dashboards and reports.
- Proven ability to deliver pricing analyses and automation outputs with high accuracy, within timelines, and with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting pricing decisions through structured analysis, clear documentation, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes, perform quality checks, and reduce rework and errors in pricing deliverables.
- Experience collaborating with global or regional stakeholders to explain pricing logic, metrics, and analysis outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple pricing deliverables in parallel.
- Self-starter and result oriented, with fluent English (both verbal and written) and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, to initiate solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.
