- Managing end-to-end placement activities
- Corporate engagement and stakeholder management
- Learner counselling and interview preparation
- Coordinating placement drives and ensuring successful joinings
- Driving placement targets and maintaining placement data

Preferred Experience:

- 3-7 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or staffing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in corporate hiring or learner placements is preferred
